We buy direct from Italian factories at wholesale. Local dealers typically add 20–45% in distributor margin plus their own margin. We pass the factory price directly to you plus a transparent fee.
The factory warranty is valid globally. We provide the original CE Declaration of Conformity and all manufacturer warranty documentation. Remote technical support from the factory is included.
For large orders we can arrange factory visits or video walkthroughs with the manufacturer's team. Pre-shipment inspection by a third-party inspector is also available at your request.
Bank wire transfer (T/T) is standard. We also accept letters of credit (L/C) for large orders. 30% deposit on order placement, 70% prior to shipment is our standard payment structure.
We handle all export documentation from Italy. Import duties in your country are the buyer's responsibility, but we provide all HS codes, EUR.1 certificates, and supporting documents needed.
