How is the price so much lower than local dealers?

We buy direct from world-class kitchen equipment manufacturers at the true factory price. Local dealers typically add 20–45% in distributor margin. We pass the factory price to you plus a single transparent fee.

Is the warranty valid in my country?

Yes. All products ship with the original CE Declaration of Conformity and full manufacturer warranty documentation. Remote technical support from the manufacturer is included.

Can I see the equipment before buying?

For higher-value purchases we can arrange factory visits or video walkthroughs with the manufacturer's team. Pre-shipment inspection by a third-party inspector is available on request.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank wire transfer (T/T) is standard. We also accept letters of credit (L/C) on larger orders. 30% deposit on order placement, 70% prior to shipment is our standard payment structure.

Do you handle customs and import duties?

We handle all export documentation from Italy. Import duties at your destination are the buyer's responsibility, but we provide all HS codes, EUR.1 certificates, and supporting paperwork needed.

Can you source equipment not listed on your site?

Yes. If you need a specific product or brand not in our catalog, get in touch. We have direct relationships with our manufacturers and can often source items outside our public listing.
