Shipping & Delivery
On this page
1. Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Orders leave from Europe and travel with insured freight carriers — DHL and FedEx for parcels and pallets, and specialist machinery freight for large or heavy equipment.
We do not hold stock. Every order is produced or picked to order from the manufacturer, then dispatched to your address.
2. Lead Times
The lead time for each item is shown on its product page. These are manufacturer estimates, not guarantees, and cover production plus transit.
Delays caused by the manufacturer, the carrier, customs or a force-majeure event do not entitle you to cancel or claim damages, except that consumer (B2C) customers may cancel if delivery runs more than 30 days beyond the stated estimate, in line with Art. 61 of the Italian Codice del Consumo.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination, weight and dimensions of your order. For orders above the threshold shown on the site (€5,000 at the date of publication) shipping may be free.
Where a live rate cannot be produced automatically — typically for heavy machinery — we send a separate freight quote before the order is confirmed.
4. Heavy Machinery Freight
Items over roughly 150 kg move on dedicated machinery freight. Standard service is kerbside or ground-floor delivery on a pallet; a tail-lift, inside delivery, or timed slot can be arranged on request and may carry an extra charge, quoted in advance.
Please make sure the delivery point is accessible for the agreed vehicle and that someone is available to receive and check the goods.
5. Customs and Import Duties
Within the EU, prices and shipping already account for movement of goods. For deliveries outside the EU you are the importer of record: import duties, customs-clearance fees and local taxes are payable by you at the destination.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we ship DAP (Delivered At Place) under Incoterms® 2020 — we arrange carriage, you clear customs and pay any import charges.
6. Delivery and Inspection
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (for consumers, on physical delivery to you or someone you authorise, per Art. 63 Codice del Consumo). Please inspect every shipment before signing for it.
If the packaging or goods are visibly damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before you sign, and photograph the packaging and the goods straight away.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Report transit damage or a shortage to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number. All shipments are insured, and following this procedure protects your claim under the carrier's policy.
Once a damage or shortage claim is confirmed, we arrange repair, replacement or a refund at no cost to you. See our Returns & Refunds page for how faulty or incorrect items are handled.
8. Incorrect Address
Please give a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable contact. We are not liable for delay or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, and any redelivery fees charged by the carrier are passed on to you.
9. Tracking
When your order is dispatched we email a tracking number and carrier link. For machinery freight, our team coordinates the delivery window with you directly.
10. Questions
Any question about a shipment or delivery: email [email protected] (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET). We aim to reply within 2 business days.
