Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method chosen. Sea freight typically takes 2–6 weeks from the Italian factory to your port of entry. Air freight reduces this to 5–10 working days. For urgent orders we always explore air freight options and can usually expedite production allocation with our manufacturer partners. Lead times are confirmed at the quotation stage.

Standard checkout accepts card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA and SWIFT bank transfers, and crypto (BTC, USDT). For higher-value orders we can also arrange Letters of Credit (L/C) on request — contact us before checkout if you'd like to use one.

All shipments are fully insured for their commercial value. In the event of transit damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the packaging and equipment, and notify us within 48 hours. We will file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange either a replacement unit or repair at no additional cost to you. Our documentation package ensures smooth and fast claims processing.

We handle all Italian export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, EUR.1 certificate, CE declarations, and bill of lading. Import customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility in their own country. However, we provide all HS (Harmonised System) commodity codes, detailed product descriptions, and supporting documents to make customs clearance as straightforward as possible. We can also recommend freight forwarders who provide customs-cleared delivery in most countries.

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity. We are equally happy to ship a single espresso machine to a home kitchen as we are to outfit a full hotel. For single-unit orders, air freight is often the most practical shipping option and we will quote both sea and air so you can choose what suits your timeline and budget.
