Dell'Oro EVO Plunging Arm Mixer by Dell'Oro.
Price: EUR 14670 excluding VAT.
The EVO takes the proven plunging-arm platform and puts a touch screen and variable speeds on it, so a recipe can be dialled in and repeated exactly rather than driven by feel and a timer.
