The Frucosol BC100 is an oscillating cooking machine that reproduces, automatically and continuously, the eccentric circular stirring motion normally done by hand. This constant movement is ideal for binding and emulsifying sauces and dishes that require long, steady stirring, such as cod pil-pil, risottos, stews and rice puddings. Built in stainless steel with adjustable feet and a clamp on each side to hold different sizes of pots and pans, it offers stirring speeds from 0 to 240 rpm for restaurants, catering and hotels.
