The Frucosol MC500 is a decarbonising soak tank that removes embedded grease and carbon residue from kitchen utensils through immersion. Utensils are soaked in a heated biodegradable, non-toxic detergent solution for a time based on their soiling, then rinsed, saving water, energy and cleaning products while disinfecting and extending utensil life. It has a 110-litre capacity, 700 W consumption and a 75 C working temperature.
