The Frucosol SF5000 is a cooking-oil filtration machine that removes impurities and micro-particles from frying oil to slow its degradation. By filtering out food residue, it keeps oil clean, free of off-flavours and reusable, cutting the frequency of oil changes by 50 to 60% and improving food quality.
