The GN 1/1 ECO is a lightweight insulated transport box made of EPP (expanded polypropylene) with a tight-fitting lid. It holds Gastronorm 1/1 containers, has interior grip recesses for removing hot or heavy GN pans and ergonomic handles on the outside, plus label marking fields. The box is dishwasher-safe with thermal stability from -40 C to +120 C and shares a 60 x 40 cm external footprint for stacking. This size has a 180 mm external height (117 mm usable) for a 21 litre volume.
