A vertical-system ice machine for sites that get through ice all day: bar service, restaurant pass, hotel breakfast, anywhere a bin empties faster than anyone expects. Choose the cube and the machine is otherwise identical, which is the point. Full dice is the standard bar cube at 12 grams, slow to melt and kind to a spirit served long. Half dice is 6 grams, packs tighter in a glass and chills faster, which is what a soft-drink gun or a buffet display wants. Built around R290, a natural refrigerant with a global warming potential close to zero, so the installation stays clear of the F-gas phase-down that keeps pushing older refrigerants up in price. Discharge pump (DP) The versions marked DP leave the factory with a discharge pump fitted, so the machine can stand away from a drain or share the drain of a nearby sink. It moves 3.8 litres a minute and pushes water up to 30 m horizontally and 1.5 m vertically. Fitted during manufacture and not addable later.
