The top of the under-counter range, and the point at which the store matters as much as the output: the bin holds twice what the 35 and 45 hold, so the machine can build a reserve through a quiet afternoon and hand the whole of it to the evening in one go. That is the pattern almost every venue actually has, and it is the reason a bigger bin often beats a faster compressor. It belongs in a high-volume bar, a hotel, a banqueting kitchen, or a venue with an outdoor service point in summer. Both cube sizes are available across air, air with discharge pump, and water condensation. Every machine in the range runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with a global warming potential close to zero, so the installation stays clear of the F-gas phase-down that is steadily pricing older refrigerants out of the market. Air condensation suits a normally ventilated room. Water condensation is the answer when the space runs hot, when the machine sits in a closed cabinet, or when the extra output matters more than the plumbing. Discharge pump (DP) The versions marked DP leave the factory with a discharge pump fitted. It lets the machine stand away from a drain, or share the drain of a nearby sink, because the pump lifts the waste water instead of relying on gravity. It moves 3.8 litres a minute and can push water up to 30 m horizontally and 1.5 m vertically. In practice that is the difference between putting the machine where the work happens and putting it against the one wall that has a floor drain. The pump is installed during manufacture and cannot be added later, so it has to be chosen with the machine.
