The Thermo Future Box Kuehlaufsatz GN 1/1 (Cooling Top GN 1/1) is an 85 mm high EPP attachment that sits between a GN 1/1 thermobox and its lid to cool from above. A cold pack is placed in the upper part so cold air falls down into the box, leaving interior space free and avoiding direct contact or pressure on the food. Special holes let the cold dissipate gradually downward; cold packs are bought separately.
