The Thermo Future Box Kuehlaufsatz GN 1/1 (cooling top GN 1/1) is an 85 mm high EPP cooling attachment for the GN 1/1 Deluxe box range, placed between box and lid to cool from above. A cold pack sits in the top section so cold air falls into the box, keeping interior space free and avoiding contact with the food. Large vents let the cold dissipate gradually downward; cold packs are purchased separately.
