The double-arm mixing system allows an excellent oxygenation of the dough. The working parts are mounted on ball bearings. The movement of the arms is made by gears in self-lubricating nylon, ensuring a low operating noise level. The kneading arms and bowl are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the machine is supplied with a timer. The closed bowl protection guard is available in stainless steel or transparent plastic material. It is available in a three-phase version with 1 or 2 speeds, and in a single-phase version with variable speed. The mixer is equipped with wheels for movement and with two stabilizer feet.
