The DYN 7000 automatic group works on the principle of dynamic loading and unloading: the dough pieces are transferred from one pocket to the next by tilting the swinging trays, so the operation is carried out simply by gravity, with the dough piece being guided into the following pocket as the tray tilts. Production reaches up to 1500 pieces per hour. Loading and unloading are accessed through sliding windows. The swinging trays have 6 elongated felt pockets that optimise the moulding. Trays are loaded automatically to the right or to the left, and the moulder outlet can be on the right or on the left, allowing continuous loading and moulding. The trays run on castors for easy movement and cleaning. As standard on all models, the machine includes an integrated flour duster and power sockets for the moulder and the divider on the tray cabinet. Available options include germicidal lamps and a mechanised outlet conveyor on a castor base (1100, 1800 or 2300 mm).
