The IDS automatic intermediate proofer offers optimised output, up to 1500 pieces per hour. The mechanical parts and chains are reinforced for large production runs. Access for unloading is at the front through sliding windows. The cradles have 6 elongated felt-lined pockets that optimise the moulding. The cradles are loaded automatically on the right or the left, and the moulder outfeed can be set to the right or the left. Loading and moulding can be carried out separately or continuously, and manual loading is possible on 4 cradles. The cradle unit is mounted on castors for easy moving and cleaning. As standard on all models it includes an integrated flour duster, power sockets for the moulder and the divider on the cradle control box, automatic search for the first dough piece and an overfill safety device. Available options are germicidal lamps and a motorised outfeed belt on a wheeled base. The price refers to the proofer only.
