The steel bowl, the spiral and the shaft are made of strong stainless steel. The protection cover is made of stainless steel. A geared motor is used for the chain drive system. It is available with a single-phase motor, a three-phase motor, or a three-phase 2-speed motor (except the 5 and 8 kg models). Standard timer on models from 12 to 60 kg. Models from 12 to 44 are supplied complete with wheels with brake. The frame is made of thick stainless steel. As for the painting, only non-toxic powders suitable for food were used. The electrical system and the safety devices conform to European regulations.
