It shares the line's semi-spherical bowl with curved, bread-type radius, a shaped spiral with central breaker bar and dough-collection scraper, and a reliable, quiet belt-drive transmission. The M01 runs a single two-speed motor with mechanical timer; the M01 Plus adds inverter speed control for full command of the kneading cycle.
