The steel bowl, the spiral and the shaft are made of strong high-grade stainless steel. The protection cover is made of stainless steel. A geared motor is used for the chain drive system. It is available with single-phase motor, three-phase motor or three-phase motor with 2 speeds (except 5 and 8 kg). Standard timer from 12 to 60 kg. Models from 12 to 44 are supplied complete with braked wheels. The frame is made of thick stainless steel. As for the painting, only non-toxic powders suitable for food use were utilized. The electric system and the safety devices conform to European regulations.
