Ideal for laminating all types of dough, this sheeter is suited to small and medium-sized pastry shops and bakeries, as well as hotels and restaurants. It features ground, chromium-plated lamination cylinders, easily dismantled scrapers and fold-away work surfaces, making it quick and easy to clean. Operation is by manual control on the machine and by a standard foot pedal, with an electrical system fitted with low-voltage controls. It is available in a single-speed version (400/50/3) or with continuously variable speed (230/50-60/1 – 400/50-60/3), and is offered in both floor-standing and bench-top versions.
