The Mecnosud SPRS200 is a fixed spiral mixer with a high tipping head that tips the bowl to unload dough without manual lifting. It mixes up to 200 kg of dough in a 290-litre bowl, around 133 kg of flour per batch, driven by a 5,9/10,3 kW spiral motor. Suited to bakeries and pizzerias running heavy, repeated batches. Italian-made and supplied factory-direct.
