The Mecnosud SPRS80 is a fixed spiral mixer with a high tipping head that tips the bowl to unload dough without manual lifting. It mixes up to 80 kg of dough in a 130-litre bowl, around 53 kg of flour per batch, driven by a 3,5/5,2 kW spiral motor. Suited to bakeries and pizzerias running heavy, repeated batches. Italian-made and supplied factory-direct.
