The bowl, spiral and shaft are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, and the protection guard is stainless steel as well. The chain drive is powered by a geared motor. Available with single-phase, three-phase or three-phase 2-speed motor (except the 5 and 8 kg models). Standard timer on models from 12 to 60 kg. Models from 12 to 44 kg are supplied complete with braked castors. The frame is made of thick stainless steel, finished only with non-toxic, food-safe powder coatings. The electrical system and safety devices comply with European regulations.
