Electric deck oven for pizza and bread, with a refractory baking floor and independent top and bottom heating under digital electronic control. Chamber height is 15 cm for pizza and 25 cm when bread or tray-baked products need the headroom. Modules stack, so a second deck, a hood or a proofing base can be added later on the same footprint rather than replacing the oven.
