Fixed-bowl spiral mixer from RM Forni, with a rotating bowl and a spiral tool that folds the dough rather than tearing it. Bowl and spiral run on separate motors, so speed can be set for the stage of the mix, and the machine is offered from 80 to 200 kg of dough capacity. Mechanical control gives a timer per speed; digital electronic control holds mixing programmes. Double spiral transmission, column without foot and a reinforced spiral motor for harder doughs.
