The StartUp small line is the compact end of RM Forni's convection range: four 600x400 mm trays on a 75 mm pitch in a 812 x 854 x 608 mm body, with two reversing fans, steam and a 30 to 280 °C range. It is the oven for a café, a small bakery or a back-of-house pastry station where floor space decides everything. The door opens frontally or laterally, and control is either mechanical or digital electronic with programmes and baking phases.
