Blades from 1650 to 3160 mm, cutting heights from 240 to 420 mm, sliding stainless carriage and a work surface rated to carry up to 50 kg. Bench models to 1860 mm, free-standing column models from 2080 mm up. Standard blade Ø 8-16 mm for fresh and frozen product. Built in Italy by SAP Bologna.
