A floor-standing mincer for large-scale production, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel with a 150 kg hopper on a coded safety microswitch: lift the hopper off and every function is disabled. 1200 kg/h through a 45 L tank, 7 hp three-phase motor at 1390 rpm driving the screw at 139 rpm, reverse gear, 24 V board. Supplied for bench use; the stainless trolley is available as an option. Built in Italy by SAP Bologna.
