A refrigerated mincer built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel: the mincing unit sits inside its own cooled cabinet, so meat is worked at a low temperature that holds back bacterial growth and keeps colour and nutritional quality intact. Because the head stays chilled in the machine, there is no need to strip the mouth down and store it in the fridge between runs. Compressor, thermostat and R134A refrigerant, self-ventilating motor with oil-bath gears, removable hopper that wipes clean with a damp cloth. Patented. Built in Italy by SAP Bologna.
