A mincer and hard-cheese grater on one base. The mincer side runs an Enterprise system with a stainless plate drilled at 6 mm and a self-sharpening stainless knife through a Ø 56 mm mouth, on an oil-bath gear motor; the grater side has a polished aluminium mouth, stainless roller, lower guard grid and a microswitch on the presser lever. Grates 40 kg/h of hard cheese, bread, dried fruit or biscuit. Body and mouth in polished aluminium, stainless mincing unit for the CE version. Built in Italy by SAP Bologna.
