Cast-alloy body fully clad in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a self-ventilating intermittent-duty motor and four hardened steel gears sealed in an oil bath. 300 kg/h hourly output, 2 hp three-phase or 1,5 hp single-phase. Stainless steel hopper and meat collection tray; the mincing unit releases by lifting the bayonet lever for cleaning, and every part wipes down with a damp cloth. IP68 motor and controls, 24 V low-voltage board, CE compliant. Built in Italy by SAP Bologna.
